when they tried stopping him they say he opened fire on officers and they fired back hitting the man who was taken to the hospital listed in serious condition. he is accused of breaking into an apartment and taping women without their knowledge a judge says steven kenny will stay in jail for now. he was held on 100,000 dollar bond for seek are thely recording two women in their ellicott city homes. the county assistant states attorney pushed for a bail review saying he is too much of a risk to the public. you want to help someone in deed need but you need to be consider - need but you need to be careful who you trust. a woman answered her door to find a girl claiming she got into a fight with her boyfriend and needed help. when the woman stepped outside, a masked man attacked the homeowner and she was able to break free and she ran into a neighbor's home. >> but she was quite beat up and they slammed her face into the gravel driveway and she managed to get away and vault
